Hi,
Trying to incrementally create arch commit logs, I call
dvc-log-edit, which does create the appropriate log buffer. It also
seeds it with the full Changelog file, often going back for years --
which is certainly not what is wanted. How do I disable this insertion
of the Changelog? I am using the latest checkout, along with emacs CVS
head.
