I have added a feature to psvn.el these days. It caused a load failure on Emacs 21. I got several emails with a failure description. It seems that there are still some Emacs 21 users out there. On the other hand: As a developer would welcome to drop support for older Emacsen. Up to now we developed new features and we fixed compatibility issues as soon someone reported a problem.
