Fix autoload filename bug. Improve header info for xmtn-dvc-missing.
* lisp/dvc-build.el (otherdirs): Default to "", rather than raising error.
(--autoloads-filename): Use expand-file-name at run time, not default time.
* lisp/xmtn-revlist.el: Improve header info for xmtn-dvc-missing.
(xmtn--revlist--missing-get-info): Delete branch, rev-id args; compute
branch, heads locally. Delete toposort step to save time; result is
sorted already.
(xmtn-revlist-mode-map): Add xmtn-view-heads-revlist.
(xmtn-revlist-mode-menu): ""
(xmtn-dvc-missing): Match xmtn--revlist--missing-get-info changes.
(xmtn-revlist-missing-revisions): Deleted; not useful.
