I think this is my point. The interface is possibly not generic enough
and therefore partly might miss its primary design goal. Lets see when
the branching UI is there and is working. Most other things do well and
I like it a lot.

Yes - but not in the DVC interface. Which is one reason I am
constructing my tutorial as I learn DVC.
