Seconded on the request for this feature... it would an absolute must-have
for fan-fic communities!
It would make multi-part stories much, much easier to follow for those of us
that don't have the time to sit down and read all the way though from the
beginning in one go. [which is pretty much everyone]

Although, not cookies... I and probably others, flush my cache when I close
the browser. [it's a security thing].
