As I mentioned in an earlier thread (and DGlenn responded to), I think
splitting them like this allows for some changes based on the ways the
functionality is simply different -- while there's limited utility in
letting you select, say, a list of tags rather than an entire journal
for a filter that will as likely be used for trust as for reading, if
you -know- it's a watchlist, having more specific options for what
part of the journal to read makes a lot of sense.
