Yes filters work as far as friends lists are concerned but it doesn't
work for people like me who want strangers-who-aren't-on-friends-list
to be able to read entries without giving abcess to people we know in
real life. :) Theoretically, the multiple journals under one account
would take care of that, though.

We had talked before about DW having 'linked' journal accounts... ie:
