FWIW, the regular plain HTML editor already does something similar to this
on LJ, though the two tabs' functionality are respectively "upload a picture
to my ScrapBook" (which afaik isn't happening for now on DW) or "embed an
image I've already uploaded to third-party PhotoBucket." I don't know that
we want to start inserting more tabs for all of the major
remote-loading-enabled photohosting programs out there, but altering it so
that the "Insert Image" popup asks for what Denny describes would *seem* to
be easy enough.

The primary caveat, of course, is that not all photo hosting websites allow
remote loading, but a simple short note and link to appropriate FAQ in the
form can help.

The less obvious bit - including the height and width in img tags is an
accessibility issue, right?
