Userpic keyword renaming

The plan there is for the default behavior to remain the same, but for
existing userpics you'd have the option of keeping the old entries showing
the same icon, but with the new keyword.

The implementation is a little bit hairy, though, because of the way the LJ
code stores entry/keyword associations. You basically have to change that,
or do a potentially huge DB update. So it probably won't be available on
the beta server for a little while.

...Going back to the original message, though, there is a point there:
currently if you upload a new pic using an existing keyword, you end up
effectively stealing the old pic's keyword away without any warning. It
might be nice (and not too much work) at least to give a notification to
the user saying that the keyword has been moved from the old icon to the
new one.
