I just ended up reading a bunch of old posts by mistake - switching  
from POP to IMAP access to your gmail accounts is a bitch like that!  
Anyway, I came across this:

I couldn't find any more discussion of this - I guess marriage is one  
of those über distractions that gets Mark off free from anything :)

I was trying to think of some paradigm for RSS feeds which is not  
"quasi DW accounts" and can't think of a dammed thing, and now I'm  
intrigued and wondering if this line of thought ever was/may be  
developed further?
