FreePascal has a hidden field (like the ref count) to store the run-time
encoding of a string (utf8, ansi-nnnn codepage, ...).
I wonder if it would be reasonable to request a similar set of tags like
for the ref-count?
DW_AT_text_encoding
DW_AT_text_encoding_size
DW_AT_text_encoding_bit_size
The values would have to be derived for each producer (each consumer
would need to know relevant producers).
Though, alternatively, some form of mapping could be created?
