You can also use by = 0-bh to hide your barwindow. This wouldn't touch
the barheight.

Just to note that `bh' is used in dwm to both mean the height of the bar and
the height of a `title window'. (It's certainly used that way as part of a
"column too full" test in stock dwm's tile(); dunno if it's used anywhere else.)
