The colors are from your config.
Fonts are changed slightly because of UTF8 issues ("-misc-fixed-"
instead ob "-*-fixed-").
I use dmenu.
I recently made a total change to my keyboard layout: Now all commands
are typeable with my left hand only. I also use MODKEY (left Alt)
plus at least one other modifier to have the Alt-combos available in
emacs.
And I use lots of patches:
