[dwm] 4.1-taglayouts patch

hi,

at http://na.srck.net/dwm/dwm-4.1-taglayouts.patch is taglayouts patch
updated to the dwm 4.1, now, there is not need to #define TAGLAYOUTS and
setlayoutall() func was removed.
