To make testing easier -- just copy/paste the following line into your
terminal and watch the dmenu-bar:

wget -q -O - nic.ru | iconv -f windows-1251 -t utf-8 | grep '<title>' | dmenu 
-fn "-*-terminus-medium-*-*-*-14-*-*-*-*-*-iso10646-1"


I tried it on Ubuntu 7.04 and Archlinux. Same result.
