Just ran into a conversation whereas an operator was discussing how he was in Somalia in 1992-1993 working DX using his homecall /T5
Found no record of any "legal" activity allowing this. I remember some guy with the US peace-keeping forces working from Somalia but turned out he was actually on board a ship in the harbor. Was there any DXCC accepted activity during the times the US had military forces in Somalia?
