On the morning of the 11th of June 2003, from 02.00 to 10.00 UTC,
I have mistakenly operated as E44/4Z5MK on 20, 15 and 10 meters.
My mistake has been that I misinterpreted the CEPT agreement.
The Palestinian Authority is not part of the CEPT, as I understood afterwards,
and therefore my operation was not authorized.
Please have this message posted on your bulletin board.
My apologies to those who contacted me during these few hours .
I will QSL all those contacts, via the Bureau as 4Z5MK/mobile.
Please do not send QSL's direct with return postage.
