message.  HS approved frequencies:

1800 to 1825

3500 to 3505

3524 to 3526

AND ONLY DURING CERTAIN 24 HOUR INTERNATIONAL CONTESTS.... I am yet to 
discover wihich contests are approved.   Note... NO WARC to date,   73
