I should know the answer to this but am not sure where to look, so I'll ask...
This question is in ref to portable identifiers attached to call signs and pertains to LOTW for additional call signs...such as, for my call when I go to the Dom Rep to operate in the summer as hi9/k8wk ---or--- as the license was issued to me k8wk/hi9. Which is the "correct" method? hi9/k8wk or k8wk/hi9. I see and hear both and have used both but truthfully don't really know what is correct.
