If there is a North American version of the UK "PUSHER" there could be QRM.
Also, check me but I think that if BPL RF can get out to disturb hams, isn't it true that ham sigs can GET INTO the data streams of BPL and unintentionally QRM the BPL ? If this is true, this fact can allow terrorists access to data distruption that can be targeted and selective.... eh?
