My computer keeps having a catastrophic failure which keeps me from being able to see DX Summit. I think it is being caused by a program that loads at startup. I have forgotten how to access the config file that allows me to stop selected files from automatically loading. Can one of you computer literate guys tell me the config file name and how to get to it? I am using Windows 98. TIA Bill W5EC
