For sales, problems with product purchases, please call Symantec Sales toll free: 1-800-351-1791 For installation assistance and problems with Norton System Works or Norton Anti-Virus, please call Symantec Technical Support toll free at 1-800-927-3995. You could be charged $ 29.95 for this service, but all the times I have called (about 20) about a problem with a product, I have never been charged any money. For help with removal of a virus, call toll free at 1-877-832-2811. You could be charged $ 69.95 for this service. For Symantec Firewall Technical Support, call toll-free at 1-877-832-2810. You could be charged $ 29.95 for this service. I have never been charged any money for help on a firewall product I was using. Many of the problems that you experience with Symantec products and for the removal of viruses, you can do yourself by going to: http://www.service.symantec.com/fixit . Just follow the links for your particular problem.
