That is Olli OH0XX. He goes there and many other places for cw contests (OA4WW, PZ5 etc). He is living in Spain now. I have a business card from him with that Spanish address. He also has a stateside address in Florida, but that mail gets turned around and forwarded to him. If you want your card faster, send direct to the Spain address. He's almost an immediate turnaround ... great qsl'er.
