My $.02: Don't trust the From address, many of the worms will forge these from an infected system's address book (which is where they also get the To addresses). The headers (normally hidden by your email client program) will be a better indication, but often they only show an IP address. If AOL uses the From line to identify the origin of spam, they are being rather clueless (particularly if they are banning entire domains).
