Although there are certain spots that I know, in advance, that I want, and might be willing to have mailed to me, a lot of times I'm just "trolling" and find something interesting by seeing what's spotted. I certainly wouldn't want all spots mailed to me, so just getting an "imitation" of what I'd get if connected to a cluster (with suitable filtering) works well for me, anyway.

Use AR USER, available at ve7cc.com. With that you can set up alerts to
send your cell phone SMS TXT messages. Works magnificently on my setup.

For that, I would suggest a large rubber mallet applied to the top of the
head repeatedly.
