This is the info found on the operation, from a simple Google search. It makes no mention of a QSL manager, but V51AS who is a very active ham was one of the ops. (out of respect for Steve/NJDXA I will make no negative comments regarding V51AS)..................

SEPEMBER 2005

The first CQ calls from V59SWK/L, the special call sign for the International Lighthouse Event, held at the Swakopmund Lighthouse, were heard this year, Saturday morning, 21st August 2005, at 8’0 clock local time. Very good signal reports were received and given, due to an HF Yagi mounted on top of the lighthouse at 28 meters above the ground.

We were fortunate to have quite a few operators at the lighthouse, and so we could make good use of the two day event.  We worked 406 stations, of which 20 were lighthouses.   177 QSO’s were done in CW and 229 in SSB between the operators of Jack V51KC, Hendrik V51LR, Frank V51AS, Jürgen V51JF, Robert V51RS and myself V51KH.
