[DX-CHAT] outgong bureau

I haven't sent cards out through the bureau in several years and I have a bunch of cards I am answering through the bureau.  I called the ARRL the ther day and there was no one there who knew how much it now costs to send cards out.  The last time I saw anything on this, a pound of QSL's was $4.00.  Is this the price now?
