Is it me or was the YL operator for 4O3T having a problem on 15 meter SSB
this PM. Her QSO rate was VERY slow and with her accent and very bassy audio
it
was very difficult to understand what call she was responding to. I heard
her say Bravo Charlie twice but
could not make out the rest. Glad I have them on two other bands. 73 & Gud
