I got cards very fast from YU6DZ for CW and YZ6AMD for SSB,
worked them both the first days after the Montenegro independence.
I'm a DXCC cardchecker and saw yesterday a YU6AO QSL with
QSO-date July 22nd.

Be patient! Many are waiting for the cards from YU6AO and 4O3T. It is likely that the cards are in the works. If you work
CW, you might look for one or two other stations which have been known to QSL a bit faster.
In reference to the Swedish Station...You don't know which station he worked and if the contact was based on LoTW
information.

Sent YU6AO a card for a contact back in July, but as of yet no reply. I saw where a station in Sweden had gotten a card and
had submitted it for DXCC. I sent $$with my card, but as you know pilfering goes on at some post offices.
