A computer listing of one's achievements is still ... even in this modern world... NOT as satisfying as seeing it on the printed page. Computer postings are, in the archivest's lingo, ephemeral and so in the extreme. Talk to a historian about future documentation research if u want to see a guy's face fall.

An organization serves its members. The greatest thing its paper organ can do is FEATURE ITS MEMBERS. Must be engineers, not humanists, deciding to delete paper listings of all contest entrants or all DXCC achievements. PAPER FOREVER !!!! 73
