$12.50? Really? Just for 7O1YGF? When the ARRL's instructions tell you how to do it for free if you've already attempted the submission?
There's got to be a little more to the story here. That doesn't make any sense -- since a single LotW credit would be well short of that. Now, if the submission included some other credits, and a request for a certificate, then I could see it.
