$12.50?  Really?  Just for 7O1YGF?  When the ARRL's instructions tell you
how to do it for free if you've already attempted the submission?

There's got to be a little more to the story here.  That doesn't make any
sense -- since a single LotW credit would be well short of that.

Now, if the submission included some other credits, and a request for a
certificate, then I could see it.  But not for just one credit.

the contact is there but lotw wanted $12.50 for the submission....

I noted in the lotw application this is supposed to be free...guess I 
will see.

But I had already made a submission a couple months ago the old way so
I only did the 7o1ygf hoping it will go as free..
