There appears to be some confusion over the fees charged for submitting 7O1YGF cards. Here's the story, verified by the real authority -:-)- Ms. Sharon Taratula at ARRL: THERE IS NO $12.00 APPLICATION FEE FOR SUBMITTING ONLY 7O1YGF CARDS VIA A LOTW APPLICATION. This fact was mentioned in the release, but perhaps it was not entirely clear: "If you select only the 7O1YGF QSOs you will not be assessed the fees that LoTW will report back to you. If you choose other QSOs a regular submission fee will apply;" The fees mentioned above are both credit fees and DXCC application fees.
