Hi folks, I am getting inquiries about an operation from St. Paul Island using the call KX7OS. I have seen one spot made on 40 CW. Anyone know if this is legit? Find it hard to believe someone would go through all the red tape for permission and not announce an operation beforehand. Of course, lots of people go out there without Coast Guard permission.
