Thanks for all the info. WOW, it looks like I touched a nerve... It seems like there is one of those in every organization. I am glad that I am not the only one who felt unwelcome. Thanks also for the explanation of the . prohibition of phonetics That doesn't bode well for my problem. These ears are not as sharp as they were when I was first licensed nearly 50 years ago and D sounds like B, S sounds like F, and T sounds like P. So, you can see why I need phonetics. I recently got addicted to county hunting, so will try to ignore the "staff". Everyone take care and thanks again.
