To my many freinds in Europe and other parts of the world who have not received my QSL card via the Bureau:
>From Jan thru Mar of 2002 I was in the hospital for 3 months to remove a benign brain tumor, and replace a section of artery in the left thigh that was perforated by microscopic metal slivers left over from a visit to Vietnam. I had to spend another 6 months in recooperation and physical therapy. During this time, I accumulated a backlog of about 900 cards to answer and return by the bureau. Also, two major stays in the hospital the first part of this year created another QSL return backlog. As of today, I am caught up so your cards are on the way. I am sorry for the delay. Many have caught up with me on the bands and asked about their QSL cards. I am not a member of DX-QSL net, and thought this would get wider coverage anyway.
