20 gram airmail letter from Bosnia and Herzegovina to Europe cost 1.70KM and price to USA/Japan is 1.90KM. With the present exchange rate (1USD=1.70-1.80KM, BH convertible mark is tied to Euro and 1Euro=1.95KM) 1USD is sufficient for airmail letter to Europe and ground letter to USA.
IRC's are accepted at the major post offices and there could be a problem if you send it to the OP's in smaller cities. Memo from BH Post HQ should ensure that 1IRC is exchanged for airmail postage to anywhere in the world (was not that way in the past). Not sure whether they still accept old IRC's...
Mint stamps (also JA prepaid business reply envelope) are OK with me. Correct amount of stamps on the airmail envelope for USA/Japan is above mentioned 1.90KM...

With the recent monetary changes and valuations, I need to know if the data for your entity is still correct. Another major factor is the changeover from Old Style IRC's to the New Style.
Please advise whether your country will still accept old style IRC's. Please advise whether your country will allow US $. I'm aware that some banks charge fees for GS exchange in excess of the value of the GS.
Please advise whether you prefer US GS, New/Old IRC's, Euros or stamps. (For us Yanks, I believe we can not obtain Euros notes in small denominations except in coins which may be troublesome to use via the mail.)
