[DX-News] Any 3C0V updates?

Just wonder if there is any news about the 3C0V operation? For a major 
operation they're extremely weak here and I was wondering if they were 
having amp or antenna troubles or if maybe there are plans for 15 and 20 
(so far I've only seen them on 12 and 17). I couldn't find anything online 
at their site over and above the announcement that they're there and QRV, 
hence my question to the assembled braintrust here.
