Good question. I worked HR6SI back on 2001-03-18 myself. I sent a card, GS and SAE on 2001-06-07 and received a reply on 2001-08-13. However, the card I received at that time was for HR2HM/HR6 which I subsequently learned was not valid for IOTA. A few weeks later, another envelope arrived with a card for HR6SI. The operator apparently resent all of the cards at his expense.
