about 30 million dxers would like an answer to that question (including myself).  a lot of territorial claims conflicting in that area due to possible undersea oil deposits.  the last chinese group had a friendly (?) visit by some phillipine military.  maybe the DU and BY hams can pull some strings for a joint operation?  or maybe it will just sink back into the ocean and we won't have to worry about it!    73 de STEVE, KZ2I CHARLOTTE, NC USA
