I worked YK0A on 12/23/2003. All the QSL route information I could find pointed to W6OAT. I sent the card to him, and got it back today, stating he is not the Manager for this operation. I can find no other information on my usual sources like the GO lists etc. Does anyone have any other info on this Operation??
