I inquired of Ramon, XE1KK, this morning. Here is his response, confirming that the March 2004 operation from Revilla Gigedo is still on schedule.

Bill,

It is from Revillagigedo XF4, the real one. No doubt about it. This is the last FMRE (XE-ARRL) bulletin for last Sunday in which they confirm that they are going. They include the QSL info not available in previous
bulletins.

QSL manager Enrique Garca, XE1IH. P.O. Box 118- 481 Mxico, D.F 07051.

Enrique, XE1IH, activate some IOTA not long ago with the XF4 prefix and
maybe thats why there is the confusion. The group include people with
previous "real XF4" experience like XE1IH himself, XE1J, XE1GRR and XE1AVM.

Following is the original information in spanish but I am sure you can
understand what are they talking about it. It seems that they will even do some EME.

As you know I am not member of the DXpedition nor related to it. But I
know personaly most of the team members and they are long time experienced and respected amateurs.

You, or anyone, can check every Sunday this bulletins on the FMRE page:
www.fmre.org.mx under "Boletines". XE1J, who is the national bulletin
man, is a member of the operation so I guess he will be informing almost
every Sunday the developements of this DXpedition.

I hope you can make this clarification in the list where the doubt start.
