Subject: [:DX-NEWS:] Yaesu rotors
Hello, I've had the Yaesu G-800SA for 3 years and have been satisfied with it's operation and the rotator seems well contructed. One problem though is the lamp in the rotator box burnt out in the first six months. Changing the bulb means disassembling the rotator box completely seperating the dial from the circuit board. Seems Yaesu could have designed it better with straight forward access to the bulb instead it's sandwiched between components with complete disassembly required. 73, Randy WX5L ----- Original Message ----- From: Jim Abercrombie To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Monday, May 17, 2004 4:51 PM Subject: [DX-NEWS] Yaesu rotors I am considering buying one of the Yaesu rotors.
