UA3DX/0 & RW3DTB/0 ---> The IOTA Manager reports that, contrary to erroneous
spots on the Cluster, the provisional number AS-171 was not issued following
the activity by UA3DX/0 and RW3DTB/0 on 3 July from Novaya Inya. There
remains much doubt that this island will qualify for IOTA. [TNX G3KMA]
