[DX-NEWS] CQ CQ for Turkmenistan

I'm trying to find an EZ station who'd like to set up a sked for a 
40M SSB QSO long-path to W5. No luck so far tracking down anyone on 
the air or by e-mail. We're just coming to the best time of year 
(second half of Nov). If one of our Russian friends reads this, or 
someone in the central Asian republics, and can get an EZ operator 
with 40M SSB capability to e-mail me, I can suggest the best times 
and frequencies.
