Can anyone help me identify the proper countries for the following qso's?

The ARRL Operating Manual contains a chapter of References which includes a complete list of Allocations of International Call Signs in 3 character groups.  From this list you can determine the country of origin of ANY prefix.

I was surprised that I was NOT able to find it in a search of the ARRL Website.
