QST all DXers:
VU2RBI, Bharathi Prasad, reports she is now within days of receiving official permission to do a legal DXpedition on VU4, Andaman Island. She has planned to arrive in the capitol there, Port Blair, on or about December 1, 2004. This is very short notice to obtain funding help from the ham community.
I am now urgently seeking donations of any amount to fund the basic costs of this DXpedition. In the unlikely event that the trip does not happen in a timely manner, ALL donations will be fully refunded to the donors. Full keeping of donor records and addresses and amounts will be carried out. NCDX Foundation request has also been made but time is very short.
Please feel free to relay this urgent message to all hams world-wide by any means.
