Hi all,
 
Just curious as to why JK1UWY will not confirm contest QSO's???
I have worked him on 20m outside a contest, and on 15m in CQWW RTTY last year, and I could do with this country confirming.
I have tried QSL'ing via his manager, twice now, but had no response whatsoever.
