Mr. Suri VU2MY, told me directly that QSLs sent to the NIAR headquarters as per the NIAR web site address is OK for sending in QSLs there for VU4.
HOWEVER, do not include cash in your mail, he says.
I asked him repeatedly,"Will cards get way-laid or 'misplaced' somewhere in the mail?" His assurance was that the NIAR address is ok for incoming mail. "No cash" however. He has the hope of posting on the NIAR web site a list of all calls of received QSLs.... that should help if it can be done.
If you want to make a donation, please do that by other means rather than the ordinary mail. About 40 cards have already arrived there.
The team is working on the chance of a stateside QSL address also, but nothing definite at this time (Dec. 19). 73,
