envelope with sufficient postage or IRC(s).
KE7LZ will forward cards to Frank. He does not process the
cards. Frank only gets a few requests for cards these days. He requests that, if
possible, people with outstanding needs for this DXpedition to send for their
cards now so he can try to close the books.
