Dear STEVE: I have a KC6SK 1972 QSL showing Yap Is. West Caroline Is. Yap today
is part of Micronesia (V6) wich was E. Caroline at the KC6 times. It seems to me that
when the both KC6 became independents the division was not the same. The IOTA
Directory shows: State of YAP OC-012 Yap Isl among others.
